Mother Suckers – Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns + Change of Mind

  • No refund is available for change of mind after an undies purchase.

  • Exchanges or replacements may be issued at our discretion (e.g. sizing, quality concern) only if you provide clear proof of the issue (such as photos).

2. Warranty for Manufacturing Defects

  • Eligible defects reported within 6 months from the date of purchase may be repaired or replaced, at our discretion.

  • Our warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, improper washing, accidental damage, alterations, or unauthorised modifications.

3. Digital Products

  • Not applicable — Mother Suckers does not currently offer digital downloads or services.

4. Consultation Services (if offered in future)

  • Full refund if cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • 50% refund if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before.

  • No refund if cancelled only a few hours prior.

5. Return Period Timeline

  • For goods that are faulty or subject to exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your delivery to qualify for return or replacement.

6. Return & Warranty Process

  • Contact us at our customer service email with:

    • Order number

    • Description and clear photos or videos of the issue

  • We will guide you through troubleshooting, return instructions, and next steps.

  • Once the return is received and validated, we may repair or send a replacement undies item, or issue store credit if a like-for-like replacement isn't available.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return postage on change-of-mind exchanges (if accepted) is not covered by Mother Suckers.

  • For warranty returns, we’ll provide a return label or cover shipping costs if validated as a manufacturing fault.

8. Gift Card Redemptions & Returns (if offered in future)

  • Purchases made with gift cards follow the same non-refund/exchange rules.

  • If faulty goods are returned and purchased via gift card, the refunded value will be applied as store credit or issued as a new gift card tied to the same email used at purchase.

9. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

  • While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, your rights for a refund or replacement in the case of major faults or failure to deliver goods applies as per Australian Consumer Law.

10. General

  • These policies may be updated periodically; your continued use of our site confirms your acceptance.

  • If any provision is unenforceable, the rest of the policy remains valid.
