Mother Suckers – Terms of Service

1. About Us & Acceptance

By accessing or using the Mother Suckers website and ordering our undies, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including designs, branding, images and instructions, remains the property of Mother Suckers and is protected under copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or sell our content in any form without prior written permission.

3. Products & Orders

Our only product is absorbent, leak‑proof undies. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders as required for operational reasons or security concerns.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Change-of-mind returns: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Exchanges or replacement items may be issued at our discretion with proof of issue.

  • Warranty: Manufacturing defects are covered for up to 6 months from purchase. Faulty undies may be repaired or replaced at our discretion. This excludes damage from misuse, normal wear, or unauthorised alterations.

5. Refund & Cancellation Terms

  • Refunds for digital downloads or services (if any future offerings beyond undies apply): none.

  • Cancellation by the customer within 24 hours of order confirmation: 50% refund, otherwise no refund unless we cancel.

6. Limits on Downloads

(Not applicable unless digital items ever accompany your undies purchases. If so: downloads limited to three attempts.)

7. Disclaimer

Your use of Mother Suckers undies is at your own risk. We do not provide medical advice and our products are not medical devices. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns. 

8. Changes to Products or Services

Mother Suckers reserves the right to update or discontinue undies or any associated services or programs at any time without notice or liability. 

9. Liability & Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Mother Suckers and its team from any third‑party claims, costs or liabilities arising from misuse of our website or products, or breaches of these Terms.  

10. Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, fully compliant with applicable privacy laws such as the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. 

11. Gift Cards

If offering gift cards for Mother Suckers in future:

  • Gift cards are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and valid for three years from purchase.

  • Mother Suckers may cancel a card to protect legitimate interests (e.g. in case of fraud), issuing a refund or store credit equal to its value.

12. General Terms

  • These Terms may be updated from time to time; your continued use constitutes acceptance.

  • If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
