1. Handling & Dispatch

We pick, pack, and dispatch orders every business day.

Orders are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse.

Standard dispatch time is up to 5 business days.
2. Delivery Options

Standard Delivery via Australia Post Parcel Post: allow 7–10 business days once dispatched.

Express Delivery via Australia Post Express Post:

Orders prioritized and dispatched within 3 business days.

Estimated transit time: 2–4 business days, depending on destination; for example, it’s typically 3–4 days to Queensland and Western Australia, 2–4 days to New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, and the ACT.

3. Shipping Costs

A flat fee applies for Standard Delivery.

Higher flat rate applies for Express Delivery.
4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your parcel in transit.

If tracking shows no movement or delivery is delayed, please contact Australia Post directly (for example, on 13 POST). Once they've responded—usually within five business days—you can let us know to assist further.
5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is not delivered within the expected timeframe, first initiate contact with Australia Post.

Once you receive feedback from Australia Post, inform us and we will support lodging an investigation or a claim.
6. International Shipping (if offered in future)

Responsibility for import duties, taxes, and fees falls on the recipient unless otherwise stipulated.
